Responsibilities

COMMERCIALE
Support a team to provide efficient product receiving and inventory accuracy aligned with visual presentation standards
Ensure smooth inventory processes, constant replenishment of the sales floor, its presentability, and achievement of brand standards
Work with department Leads supervising individual components (product receiving and visual presentation), responsible for executing visual merchandising aspects
Responsible for timeliness of monthly launch initiatives and providing regular feedback
Use reporting tools with department Coaches to make the best commercial decisions
Lead by example to achieve accurate inventory for fulfilling digital orders

Ensure the team delivers the highest quality experience to athletes (Purpose)
Collaborate with Coaches to plan team involvement in NIKE Community Ambassador activities
In collaboration with store management, participate in hiring processes, including onboarding
