Responsibilities

The Talent Partner will support Improbable's hiring needs and the growth of its ventures by delivering full-cycle recruitment for technical, creative, commercial, and leadership roles. They will design bespoke talent services tailored to the unique needs of each venture, including recruitment strategy and candidate experience. The role involves partnering with leaders to design and execute effective, scalable hiring approaches for early-stage and scaling businesses. Responsibilities also include championing candidate experience and employer brand to ensure ventures and Improbable stand out in competitive markets, providing data-driven insights on talent availability, compensation trends, and competitor activity, and maintaining operational excellence in hiring through smooth and scalable processes, tools, and reporting.
