Requirements

Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in people management, be familiar with project management tooling, and proficient with office and calendar applications. Experience working within Greenhouse, Airtable, Asana, Google Workspace, and a background as a client partner or account manager are considered advantageous.

Responsibilities

The Talent Manager will manage components of the talent's career portfolio, coordinate the work of others, and use insights to inform decisions. They will manage a talent pool, track contract dates, prioritize the bench, and run weekly search meetings with hiring managers. Responsibilities include tracking and approving timecards, PTO, conducting weekly 1:1s, and annual reviews. The role involves defining and tracking KPIs, driving process improvements, and developing plans, systems, and tools for the performance process. This includes goal setting, performance reviews, development plans, and quarterly coaching sessions. The Talent Manager will also partner with Account Leads to share insights and challenges regarding talent growth and client satisfaction, stay informed of industry best practices in career development, and foster relationships to ensure a strong talent pipeline.
