Deel is seeking a Talent Implementation Manager to lead the successful implementation of Deel’s HR suite, including HRIS/Core, Performance, Learning, Career, and Recruiting modules. This role involves managing the full HRIS implementation process, ensuring accurate data transfer, proper system configuration, and a seamless transition for clients. You will collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders, guiding clients through setup and migration, consulting on Deel Engage topics, defining tailored processes, and providing ongoing support and training. This client-facing role requires a blend of HR knowledge, project management skills, technical aptitude, and strong relationship-building abilities.
