Requirements
Candidates should possess successful end-to-end medium to large ERP implementation experience in a consulting environment, preferably within the government sector. Previous Workday experience is preferred, but not required, along with knowledge of ERP systems, specifically HCM, Finance, and Payroll. A practitioner background in HR, Finance, or Payroll is a plus, and PMP certification is considered a plus. Prior experience working with (insert industry here) clients is also preferred.
Responsibilities
The Engagement Manager will act as the face of the project, leading Workday implementations from beginning to end for government clients, while communicating and addressing budget and resourcing constraints. They will manage 1-2 large Workday implementations, participate in the sales cycle by gathering requirements and developing proposals, ensure projects are properly planned and staffed, track issues and risks, escalate concerns appropriately, provide guidance to consultants, ensure projects are delivered within budget, present change orders, present at executive meetings, ensure compliance with checkpoints, assist in the transition to product support, and ensure the client can serve as a reference.
