Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, along with 3+ years of Workday HCM functional implementation experience, and a Workday certification in HCM Core. They should have a proven track record of leading Workday HCM implementations for diverse clients, demonstrating experience in gathering business requirements, designing solutions, and implementing practical business processes under tight deadlines. Experience with additional Workday modules such as Core Compensation, Recruiting, Benefits, People Experience, or Advanced Compensation is preferred.

Responsibilities

The Senior Principal Consultant will lead the HCM functional workstream for clients, ensuring successful project delivery and reinforcing company policies and procedures. They will guide clients through design sessions, configuration decisions, and the transition to the Workday HCM solution, while also performing tasks under limited direction and keeping stakeholders informed of project progress. The role involves mentoring fellow consultants, utilizing technical expertise for data conversion and configuration, and proactively participating in training and knowledge sharing opportunities. Additionally, they will take a leadership position on projects and actively engage with clients throughout all phases of the project.
