We are looking for a dynamic and versatile Talent Management leader with a passion for connecting business opportunities with talent solutions to maximize results. As the Director, Global Talent Management (TM), you will have an opportunity to transform the TM organization at Owens & Minor, significantly enhancing our ability to drive company growth and make each day better for the patients, providers, and communities we serve. You will be a passionate and energetic talent steward, leading efforts to build strategies that impact how we approach succession planning, performance management, and teammate engagement. You will be counted on to solve problems and lead through change while proactively anticipating and developing workforce strategies for today and tomorrow. Building strong, credible relationships with leaders across the company and investing in the growth of your team are two critical success factors for this role. You will report to the VP, Global Talent, Learning & Inclusion and be an active member of the Talent leadership team.
