Sales Operations Manager

Candidates should possess at least 3 years of experience managing sales teams and a minimum of 5 years as a quota-carrying SaaS Account Executive, with a deep understanding of the SMB and Mid-Market space, ideally with experience in HR Tech and international selling (EMEA). Prior experience with Salesforce is preferred, along with a point of view on running a high-performing sales team and experience in carrying a prospecting expectation and deploying creative methods to generate pipeline.
As a Sales Manager EMEA, the individual will lead a high-performing team of Acquisition Account Executives, delivering results that consistently beat monthly revenue targets, coach for performance through customer calls and role play, establish and lead standards for key activities such as forecasting and pipeline management, build playbooks defining the sales approach, foster a positive culture while maintaining high performance standards, and partner with cross-functional teams including Sales Development, Sales Operations, Enablement, Implementation Services, Billing, and Executive Leadership to drive success.
