Workday is seeking a seasoned HR expert to join our team as an HCM Consultant specializing in State and Local Government implementations. The ideal candidate will possess preferred experience and the ability to implement functional areas such as Benefits, Talent, and/or Recruiting. This role is crucial for ensuring the successful implementation of Workday's Human Capital Management solution, providing Workday product and implementation expertise to clients. You will work collaboratively with clients to understand their business requirements, configure, and test the Workday solution, reporting to an assigned Engagement Manager and working alongside project teammates.
