Requirements

Candidates must have 6+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in life sciences, consulting, tech, or healthcare industries. A university degree in humanities, economics, psychology, law, or related fields is required, with a Master's in HR being a plus. Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools, experience with ATS platforms (preferably Workday), strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously, and fluency in English are essential. This role is exclusively open to candidates registered under Italian Law 68/99 and based in Lombardia, Emilia Romagna, and Veneto.

Responsibilities

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for European and US offices, including role briefing, sourcing, screening, interviews, feedback coordination, and offer management. They will partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and ideal candidate profiles, source candidates through various channels, and ensure a consistent and high-quality candidate experience. Responsibilities also include maintaining the applicant tracking system, supporting employer branding projects, and assisting HR and business teams with hiring logistics and employee readiness.
