Responsibilities

  • Oversee the full life cycle of recruitment, including sourcing active and passive candidates through a variety of channels
  • Provide support for administrative HR functions related to the recruitment process
  • Create a thorough recruitment and interviewing plan for each open position based on collaboration with hiring managers, including regular follow-ups to discuss results and adjustments
  • Source, through various forms of advertising and/or vendor networks, both active and passive quality candidates for all open positions within a timely manner
  • Develop an online organizational presence to attract a diverse pool of candidates, including development of social media and professional networking sites, suggesting improvements for the organization's website career page, and researching alternative avenues for internet-based recruiting
  • Establish strong working relationships with all organization leaders to provide top-quality service during the recruitment process
  • Coordinate all pre-employment background review processes, ensuring selected candidates meet organizational standards
  • Participate in organizing and implementing college recruiting initiatives
  • Research and participate in career fairs and networking events to increase awareness of the company brand
  • Own administrative HR functions, including onboarding, new hire orientation, and other administrative duties as necessary
