Responsibilities

Oversee the full life cycle of recruitment, including sourcing active and passive candidates through a variety of channels
Provide support for administrative HR functions related to the recruitment process
Create a thorough recruitment and interviewing plan for each open position based on collaboration with hiring managers, including regular follow-ups to discuss results and adjustments
Source, through various forms of advertising and/or vendor networks, both active and passive quality candidates for all open positions within a timely manner
Develop an online organizational presence to attract a diverse pool of candidates, including development of social media and professional networking sites, suggesting improvements for the organization's website career page, and researching alternative avenues for internet-based recruiting
Establish strong working relationships with all organization leaders to provide top-quality service during the recruitment process
Coordinate all pre-employment background review processes, ensuring selected candidates meet organizational standards
Participate in organizing and implementing college recruiting initiatives
Research and participate in career fairs and networking events to increase awareness of the company brand
Own administrative HR functions, including onboarding, new hire orientation, and other administrative duties as necessary
