The role requires comfort in handling complex candidate inquiries regarding compensation, equity, and immigration, strong communication and presentation skills, and the ability to leverage data for process optimization.
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will recruit and manage the candidate experience for Revenue teams, sourcing exceptional talent and collaborating with hiring managers to create candidate scorecards. This role involves developing a deep understanding of the Deel product and new team member requirements, refining interview processes for efficiency and candidate experience, and working with management to develop internal and external sourcing strategies. A key responsibility is maintaining Deel's culture and ensuring team members embody its key principles.
