The Talent Acquisition professional will manage full-cycle recruiting for GTM talent acquisition at Levelpath. They will build and execute a hiring process across multiple complex searches while maintaining a high bar. The role involves managing the recruiting process and internal stakeholders to ensure efficiency, ensuring a clean handover from the top of the funnel to closing, and owning recruiting platforms with a focus on continual process improvement. Additionally, they will implement sourcing processes to build a robust talent pipeline, maintain data integrity of the pipeline, and provide data-centric updates to hiring managers and leadership.
