Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-cycle sales recruiting experience, particularly in Strategic Sales
  • Deep understanding of SaaS Sales organizations and various selling approaches (Consultative, MEDDIC, Force Management, etc.)
  • Act as a trusted partner to hiring managers and business stakeholders, aligning on priorities and delivering results with speed and precision

  • Use data and recruiting insights to inform strategy, track progress, and communicate updates proactively

Responsibilities

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for Sales and GTM roles, including top-of-funnel strategy, sourcing, screening, and managing the interview and offer process
  • Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to shape hiring strategies, clarify requirements, and deliver high-quality candidate pipelines
  • Drive a thoughtful candidate experience by maintaining transparent communication, timely feedback, and inclusive practices at every stage
  • Leverage recruiting tools and data to report on pipeline health, time-to-fill, and hiring velocity, helping stakeholders make informed decisions
  • Collaborate closely with internal partners, including Sourcers, Coordinators, and HRBPs, to ensure operational excellence and process consistency
  • Adapt and iterate quickly in a fast-moving environment, helping the team flex to shifting business priorities
