Requirements

Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of recruiting, sourcing, or human resource experience. At least 1 year of experience working with and knowledge of sourcing and recruiting through an applicant tracking system is required. Experience supporting client groups in a Fortune 500 corporate environment is also necessary, along with knowledge of federal and state employment laws. Strong PC skills with business and communication software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) are essential. The ideal candidate is high-energy, passionate about people and recruiting, and able to work independently or collaboratively with strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple assignments.

Responsibilities

The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for managing all aspects of talent sourcing and recruiting for assigned requisitions, building relationships with hiring managers and HR, and identifying and recruiting candidates using creative sourcing strategies. This role involves coordinating full-cycle recruiting, sourcing active and passive candidates through various channels, managing candidate engagement and experience, delivering and negotiating offers, and maintaining tracking systems. The position may also involve assisting other Talent Acquisition Partners, presenting at recruitment events, and establishing industry networks to maximize recruitment opportunities while complying with all company policies and guidelines.
