Position Overview

The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for managing all aspects of talent sourcing and recruiting for assigned requisitions. This role involves building and maintaining relationships with Hiring Managers, Human Resources, community organizations, and other recruiting sources. The Talent Acquisition Partner will develop creative recruiting ideas using traditional and non-traditional sourcing strategies to identify and recruit qualified candidates for all levels within the company, playing a critical role in ensuring the hiring of top talent.

Principal Responsibilities

  • Coordinates full-cycle recruiting for open positions, including assisting managers with candidate identification, interviewing, and selection.
  • Sources and attracts a qualified pool of active and passive candidates using creative techniques such as social media, job boards, cold-calling, networking, internet mining, trade journal advertising, professional networking sites, job fairs, and campus recruiting.
  • Manages candidate engagement, ensures a positive candidate experience, maintains responsive communication, and acts as a candidate advocate.
  • Follows up with candidates and hiring managers to gather feedback on the recruiting process and candidate job fit.
  • Delivers and negotiates employment offers.
  • Maintains a tracking system for all requisition and applicant activity.
  • May assist other functional Talent Acquisition Partners with activities such as presenting at local universities, schools, recruitment events, job fairs, and community group meetings to promote the company and its job opportunities.
  • Establishes and continuously develops networks through industry contacts, university relations, association memberships, trade groups, and military affiliations to maximize recruitment resources and opportunities.
  • Complies with all Company policies, procedures, and guidelines related to sourcing, recruiting, and selection.
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned or apparent.

Qualifications

  • Experience supporting client groups in a Fortune 500 corporate environment.
  • Knowledge of federal and state employment laws.
  • High energy, passionate individual with a love for people and recruiting.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as in a team/collaborative environment.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize multiple assignments and demonstrate strong organizational skills.
  • Strong PC skills with proficiency in business and communication software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).

Minimum Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of recruiting, sourcing, or human resource experience.
  • At least 1 year of experience working with and up-to-date knowledge of sourcing and recruiting through an applicant tracking system.
