The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for managing all aspects of talent sourcing and recruiting for assigned requisitions. This role involves building and maintaining relationships with Hiring Managers, Human Resources, community organizations, and other recruiting sources. The Talent Acquisition Partner will develop creative recruiting ideas using traditional and non-traditional sourcing strategies to identify and recruit qualified candidates for all levels within the company, playing a critical role in ensuring the hiring of top talent.
