This People Business Partner role offers the opportunity to partner with leaders and employees in Customer Advisory Services and Finance, Operations, and Legal organizations. You will align people strategy with business strategy, acting as a resource and advisor to employees, fostering trust, developing leadership capability, and providing support throughout the employee lifecycle. You will collaborate with the broader People team and internal stakeholders on performance and talent reviews, compensation planning, performance management, career development, leadership coaching, organizational design, headcount planning, and employee relations.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of human resources experience, including 5 years as a People Business Partner, within dynamic scaling companies, with a focus on strategic partnership supporting senior leadership.
• In-depth knowledge of human resources practices and working knowledge of state and federal employment law.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to distill complexity and ambiguity into simplicity and clarity.
• Ability to leverage data and insights to build and align talent strategy to achieve business goals.

• Experience supporting customer success, support, and professional services organizations.
