Candidates should have a minimum of 8 years of human resources experience, including 5 years as a People Business Partner, within dynamic scaling companies with a focus on strategic partnership supporting senior leadership. They require in-depth knowledge of human resources practices and working knowledge of state and federal employment law, as well as exceptional verbal and written communication skills and the ability to distill complexity and ambiguity to create simplicity and clarity.
As a Senior People Business Partner, the individual will partner with leaders, managers, and employees in Customer Advisory Services and Finance, Operations, and Legal organizations to align the people strategy with the business strategy. They will act as a resource and advisor to employees, fostering trust through the application of clear HR processes, developing leadership capability, and offering coaching and support through all phases of the employee lifecycle. This includes partnering across the broader People team and with internal stakeholders to guide activities such as performance and talent reviews, compensation planning, performance management, career development, leadership coaching, organizational design, headcount planning, and employee relations to support a growing and dynamic organization.
