Candidates should possess at least 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within SaaS or tech, with a preference for experience supporting GTM functions and recruiting for roles such as Enterprise Account Executives, Customer Success Managers, and Professional Services/Implementation professionals. Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills are essential, along with the ability to manage multiple requisitions independently and efficiently. Prior experience as a contract or embedded recruiter is a plus, and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) like Greenhouse and recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, Findem, or HireEZ is desirable.
The Contract GTM Recruiter will own 5–7 active GTM roles and manage the full recruitment cycle, from initial intake through offer, collaborating directly with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective hiring strategies. They will source and engage passive talent utilizing platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter and referrals, coordinate and manage interviews, gather feedback, and support the offer process, while consistently delivering a high-quality candidate experience and communicating regularly with internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
