Candidates should possess 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience and a total of 7+ years in talent, people, or HR-equivalent roles, with deep experience recruiting for niche business roles, particularly within Risk, Compliance, Audit, or Legal teams. They should have experience influencing and partnering with senior-level and executive-level stakeholders and hiring managers, and demonstrate strong sourcing and networking skills, including proactive engagement of talent for longer-term needs.
The Senior Business Recruiter will develop a deep understanding of Mercury’s values, brand, and business model, partnering with leadership and executives to design interview panels, proactively network, source candidates, and close hires. They will shape recruiting team success, serve as a strategic partner to GRC teams by staying abreast of industry trends and regulatory environments, advocate for inclusive and diverse teams, and identify and engage top talent through various channels. Additionally, they will deliver an exceptional candidate experience, lead recruiting efforts as the company expands, and leverage data to drive improvements in the hiring process and overall recruiting performance.
