Position Overview

Keeper is seeking a motivated Associate Talent Acquisition Partner to support the full-cycle recruiting process. This is a 100% remote position, offering flexibility for candidates in select locations and a hybrid schedule option for those in the Chicago, IL metro area. You will be instrumental in supporting Keeper's rapid growth in the cybersecurity sector, contributing to various recruiting activities from application review to onboarding logistics.

About the Role

We are looking for a sharp, detail-oriented individual who is comfortable taking initiative and managing diverse responsibilities. As an Associate Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be a key point of contact for candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a positive and seamless candidate experience. This role demands strong multi-tasking abilities and the capacity to execute tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment Support: Assist with reviewing applications, corresponding with candidates and hiring managers, facilitating interview scheduling, sourcing candidates, and initiating new hire onboarding activities.
  • Application Review: Provide an initial review of incoming applications, advancing qualified candidates to the recruiter review stage.
  • Candidate Communication: Facilitate clear and timely communication with candidates and hiring managers, providing status updates and coordinating interview schedules.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Support Talent Acquisition Partners in sourcing candidates using various platforms, including LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Assessment Management: Launch assessments, monitor candidate progress, and manage associated communications.
  • Onboarding Coordination: Collaborate with HR and training teams to coordinate pre-employment screenings and new hire onboarding processes.
  • New Hire Engagement: Facilitate new hire check-ins and gather/share onboarding feedback to ensure a positive experience for new employees.
  • Process Improvement: Create and update process documentation and communication templates, identifying opportunities for streamlining and improvement.
  • Recruitment Reporting: Create, update, and maintain recruitment reports.
  • Junior Role Recruitment: Manage and facilitate the full-cycle recruitment process for junior and/or support roles, including conducting screening interviews.
  • Special Projects: Coordinate special projects for the talent acquisition and human resources teams.

Requirements

  • Experience: 2+ years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably within the SaaS industry.
  • ATS & Sourcing Platforms: Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and a sourcing platform, such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Recruiting Process Management: Experience coordinating or facilitating the full-cycle recruiting process in a fast-paced setting.
  • Employment Law Knowledge: General understanding of employment law as it relates to recruitment.
  • Confidentiality: Proven ability to handle sensitive or confidential information with discretion.
  • Technical Skills: Strong computer skills, with a preference for proficiency in Google Suite.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Adaptability: Ability to quickly establish relationships and adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Teamwork & Autonomy: Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Industry Experience: Experience in the tech industry is a plus.
