Candidates should possess at least three years of experience in high-volume talent acquisition, specifically focusing on sales or GTM roles, and demonstrated proficiency in sourcing passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter. Familiarity with ATS platforms, such as Greenhouse, and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and Gem is also required.
The GTM Talent Partner will source and attract top sales talent, particularly Account Executives and Business Development Representatives, within high-growth SaaS environments, partnering directly with the Senior GTM Talent Partner and sales leaders to define sourcing strategies and understand role requirements. They will utilize tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, and job boards to build and manage candidate pipelines, research talent hotspots, craft outreach messaging, and deliver a high-touch candidate experience, while maintaining accurate records in the ATS and supporting scheduling, follow-ups, and reporting. Furthermore, the role involves acting as a culture ambassador, ensuring alignment with SmartAsset’s values and hiring standards.
