As a Temporary People Partner, you will provide high-impact HR support and implement people programs for teams including Communications, Brand, Growth, Finance, and Legal. This role requires the ability to build trust quickly, navigate ambiguity, and drive results in a fast-paced environment, partnering with leaders to foster a high-performance and inclusive culture.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary, strategic HR partner to leaders of Brand, Communications, Growth, Finance, and Legal teams, aligning people strategies with team objectives.
  • Drive employee engagement, performance enablement, talent development, and organizational design initiatives.
  • Coach managers on performance management, employee relations, and team development practices.
  • Foster a positive employee relations environment through proactive communication and fair policy application.
  • Collaborate with Performance & Growth, Compensation, Recruiting, and Legal teams to implement programs and policies (onboarding, offboarding, transitions).
  • Guide organizational change initiatives and support leadership through growth, restructuring, and transitions.
  • Analyze people data and trends to develop proactive solutions.
  • Champion Ro’s culture, ensuring teams remain inclusive, compliant, and connected.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of People / HR experience in a fast-growing organization.
  • At least 4 years of experience as an HR Business Partner supporting various teams.
  • Experience supporting diverse workforce segments (hourly and salaried) is a plus.
  • Proven ability to quickly develop trust-based partnerships and influence across organizational levels.
  • Strong experience in employee relations, organizational effectiveness, and performance enablement.
  • Demonstrated sound judgment and discretion.
  • Strong experience managing organizational changes, including change timelines, communications, and scenario planning.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity, take ownership, and make timely decisions.
  • Strategic mindset with a "roll-up-your-sleeves" attitude.
  • Excellent communication and coaching skills (1:1 and written/internal).
  • Working knowledge of employment law.
