Requirements

Candidates should possess 5-7 years of People / HR experience, with at least 4 years as an HR Business Partner, supporting various teams including hourly and salaried employees. They should have experience supporting diverse workforce segments and a proven ability to quickly build trust-based partnerships with leaders and influence across levels of the organization. Strong experience in employee relations, organizational effectiveness, and performance enablement is required, along with a known for sound judgement and discretion. Experience managing organizational changes, including building change timelines, communications, and scenario planning is also necessary.

Responsibilities

As a Temporary People Partner, the individual will act as the primary, strategic HR partner to leaders of the Brand, Communications, Growth, Finance, and Legal teams, aligning people strategies with team objectives. They will drive employee engagement, performance enablement, talent development, and organizational design initiatives, coach managers on performance management and employee relations, foster a positive employee relations environment, collaborate cross-functionally with teams, guide organizational change initiatives, and analyze people data to develop proactive solutions. The role also involves championing Ro’s culture and ensuring teams stay inclusive, compliant, and connected.
