  • Job Title: Contract GTM Recruiter (Mid-to-Senior Level)

About the Opportunity: Our client is seeking a mid-to-senior level Contract GTM/Sales Recruiter to support hiring across their Enterprise Sales, Customer Success, and Consulting teams. In this role, you’ll own 5–7 active GTM roles and manage the full recruitment cycle, from intake through offer. You’ll work closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders in a highly collaborative, creative environment that values communication, a growth mindset, and true partnership.

Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for GTM roles, including Enterprise Sales, Customer Success, and Consulting.
  • Collaborate directly with hiring managers to understand role requirements and build strong hiring strategies.
  • Source and engage passive talent using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and other creative channels.
  • Coordinate and manage interviews, gather feedback, and support the offer process.
  • Deliver a consistently high-quality candidate experience.
  • Communicate regularly with both internal teams and client stakeholders, keeping everyone aligned and informed.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally supporting GTM functions within SaaS or tech.
  • Experience recruiting for roles such as Enterprise AEs, CSMs, and Professional Services/Implementation.
  • Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions independently and efficiently.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • A team-first attitude and a collaborative working style.

Nice to Have

  • Prior experience in a contract or embedded recruiter role.
  • Familiarity with Greenhouse or other applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, Findem, or HireEZ.
  • Understanding of SaaS go-to-market structures and team dynamics.
