Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred)
  • 8+ years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition, HR project management, or HR transformation
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects on a global or regional scale
  • Strong understanding of the TA lifecycle, systems (e.g., ATS/CRM), and metrics
  • Familiarity with project management, change management, and stakeholder communication
  • Excellent problem-solving, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to translate strategic priorities into actionable project plans
  • Ability to communicate effectively bilingually (English/Mandarin) to partner with stakeholders over in HQ and the international markets

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of Talent Acquisition CoE projects spread across various TA pillars such as Process & Governance Design, Data Analytics, Campus Strategy, Employer Branding, Recruitment Channels, Talent Technologies, DEI strategies and hiring experience
  • Define project scope, timeline, milestones, and KPIs; ensure timely execution and delivery against strategic objectives
  • Partner with TA Delivery Teams, HRBPs, HRIS, Employer Branding, and external vendors to drive program alignment and execution
  • Facilitate working sessions, governance reviews, and project updates with global and regional stakeholders
  • Drive consistency, quality, and compliance across regions by creating global frameworks, toolkits, and best practices
  • Support employer branding, talent intelligence, and candidate experience initiatives across key markets
  • Monitor industry trends and bring thought leadership into TA CoE strategy and innovation roadmap
