Requirements

  • 5-7+ years in talent management, performance management, HR technology, or product management roles with demonstrated experience in requirements gathering, roadmap development, and lifecycle management
  • Product management experience with proven track record in defining requirements, managing product lifecycles, and driving change management initiatives with measurable adoption results
  • Advanced HRIS expertise in Talent Management, Performance Management, Compensation Planning and reporting modules, including system configuration, optimization, and HRIS integrations (Workday preferred)
  • Talent process proficiency with hands-on experience in goal-setting frameworks, competency models, talent assessment processes, and skills-based talent approaches

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Talent Management, L&D, Performance, and Compensation teams to translate talent philosophies, performance frameworks, competency models and development pathways into system requirements, design and functionality to enable scale and adoption
  • Collaborate and drive alignment between Talent and Technology processes and teams to define functional and technical specifications, ensure optimal configuration and user experience for new and existing HR systems (e.g., Workday, performance platforms, learning systems, compensation systems)
  • Serve as the voice of the employee and HR practitioner in product design, ensuring that solutions are intuitive, user-friendly, and aligned with SIE’s cultural values
  • Design intuitive user experiences for managers and employees within talent management workflows based on validated workflow process designs and user research and feedback to continuously improve system usability and adoption
  • Contribute to the UX and design process for HR technologies, shaping employee experiences from concept to launch
  • Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle for talent-related systems, including roadmap planning, feature prioritization, testing, and adoption
  • Build strong partnerships across HR, IT, and the business to ensure system design supports strategic talent priorities
  • Monitor and evaluate system performance, leveraging feedback, data, and analytics to continuously improve user experience
  • Stay informed on emerging HR technology trends and provide thought leadership on how digital solutions can enhance SIE’s Talent strategy
  • Change leadership and stakeholder management experience during new talent technology implementations and process improvements including training and process optimization to HR practitioners and managers on talent system functionality
