Requirements

  • 5-7+ years in talent management, performance management, HR technology, or product management roles
  • Demonstrated experience in requirements gathering, roadmap development, and lifecycle management
  • Product management experience with a proven track record in defining requirements, managing product lifecycles, and driving change management initiatives
  • Advanced HRIS expertise in Talent Management, Performance Management, Compensation Planning and reporting modules
  • System configuration, optimization, and HRIS integrations (WorkDay preferred)
  • Talent process proficiency with hands-on experience in goal-setting frameworks, competency models, talent assessment processes, and skills-based talent acquisition

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Talent Management, L&D, Performance, and Compensation teams to translate talent philosophies, performance frameworks, competency models and development pathways into system requirements, design and functionality
  • Collaborate and drive alignment between Talent and Technology processes and teams to define functional and technical specifications, ensure optimal configuration and user experience for HR systems
  • Serve as the voice of the employee and HR practitioner in product design, ensuring solutions are intuitive, user-friendly, and aligned with SIE’s cultural values
  • Design intuitive user experiences for managers and employees within talent management workflows
  • Contribute to the UX and design process for HR technologies, shaping employee experiences from concept to launch
  • Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle for talent-related systems, including roadmap planning, feature prioritization, testing, and adoption
  • Build strong partnerships across HR, IT, and the business to ensure system design supports strategic talent priorities
  • Monitor and evaluate system performance, leveraging feedback, data, and analytics to continuously improve user experience
  • Stay informed on emerging HR technology trends and provide thought leadership on how digital solutions can enhance SIE’s Talent strategy
  • Lead change leadership and stakeholder management during new talent technology implementations and process improvements including training and process optimization
