Requirements

Candidates should have 5+ years of experience in IT Management and System Administration, with hands-on experience in Mac OS X, Windows, and Linux administration and troubleshooting. Experience working with Single Sign On (SSO) environments, setting up and configuring Active Directory, and advanced knowledge in Firewalls, AD environments, DNS Servers, and Authentication protocols like LDAP are required. Excellent command of Linux Shell and PowerShell, in-depth knowledge of prem/cloud/hybrid environments, and working knowledge of Python are also necessary. A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience, experience with identity access management solutions including PAM, and excellent time management and communication skills are preferred.

Responsibilities

The Systems Support Engineer will provide exceptional customer service by responding to phone, email, and online requests for technical support. They will represent the customer to ensure serviceability and product quality issues are tracked, prioritized, and resolved, and will assist customers in the installation and deployment of Keeper’s software products. The role involves tracking and monitoring support cases for timely resolution, clearly identifying, documenting, and finding solutions for customer issues and product problems, and escalating critical customer situations to management and engineering. Additionally, the engineer will communicate technical issues and solutions to engineering, QA, sales, and support teams, as well as to the customer base.
