Experience with support platforms like Pylon, JIRA, or Zendesk is required, and familiarity with legal software or legal tech is a plus.
The Technical Support Analyst will triage, prioritize, and resolve escalated customer issues, collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Legal Ops teams to address systemic problems. This role involves assisting with internal documentation and knowledge base articles, supporting the onboarding and training of new analysts, and championing a culture of continuous improvement within the support organization.
