Requirements

Candidates should have 3-5 years of experience in a Quality Assurance or Software Testing role, with a preference for experience with ERP or SaaS applications like NetSuite and SFDC. A strong understanding of QA principles, test case design, regression testing, and the defect lifecycle is required. Hands-on experience with test management tools such as Jira and Xray, and bug tracking systems is necessary. Exposure to CRM, ERP, billing systems, or other enterprise platforms is desirable, as is familiarity with automation tools like Selenium or Robot.

Responsibilities

The System Quality Assurance engineer will collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and architects to review requirements and ensure testability. They will design, document, and execute comprehensive test strategies and plans for NetSuite and integrated enterprise applications. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining test cases for functional, regression, and integration testing, ensuring test coverage for customizations and scripts, and documenting test results. The role involves investigating and logging defects, supporting release management activities, and assisting in user acceptance testing (UAT) to provide quality sign-off.
