Requirements

Candidates should have over 5 years of experience in channel sales, business development, or a related role, preferably in the industrial cybersecurity or technology sector, with a proven track record in a cybersecurity company. A deep understanding of industrial cybersecurity, including key technologies, market challenges, and regulatory requirements like NIST and IEC 62443, is required. Strong sales skills, proven success in achieving sales targets through channel strategies, and excellent relationship management abilities are essential. Familiarity with cybersecurity solutions, OT/IT convergence, and industrial control systems, along with strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, is also necessary. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred.

Responsibilities

The System Integrator Channel Account Manager will establish and manage relationships with key channel partners, focusing on system integrators, VARs, and distributors, to align with business goals. They will provide partners with training, tools, and resources to effectively sell industrial cybersecurity solutions and collaborate with partners on joint business plans and revenue targets. The role involves driving sales growth by engaging with partners and end customers in industrial environments to meet or exceed sales targets. Additionally, they will stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscapes in industrial cybersecurity to inform go-to-market strategies, work with internal teams to align solutions with needs, and monitor and report on key performance indicators related to partner sales.
