Requirements

Candidates must have senior leadership experience, such as SVP or VP level, in enterprise analytics, business intelligence, data governance, corporate systems, and IT. A proven track record in a SaaS or high-growth technology environment is essential, along with experience overseeing core business platforms like CRM and billing, and managing corporate IT operations, security, and infrastructure. Demonstrated success in architecting and scaling an enterprise BI ecosystem, including data warehousing, visualization tools, and governance processes for a high-growth organization, is required. Expertise in integrating data from various systems into unified reporting platforms and enabling self-service analytics while maintaining data integrity and governance is also necessary. Bonus points for AI/ML infrastructure or data readiness experience and M&A experience.

Responsibilities

The SVP, Data & Enterprise Systems will lead enterprise data strategy and governance, co-chairing with Engineering to establish a unified framework. They will build and own an enterprise-wide BI strategy, delivering real-time dashboards and actionable insights to drive business decision-making. This role involves overseeing CRM, billing, RevOps systems, and internal tools, ensuring scalability and operational excellence. Additionally, the SVP will manage corporate IT operations, including help desk, devices, and enterprise systems, and launch a cross-functional data council to set integration standards and data accountability. They will serve as a senior cross-functional partner to executives, aligning technology and data strategy, and will lead and expand a high-performing team across IT, Enterprise Systems, and related areas.
