Our goal is to amplify that power by creating intuitive products that simplify learning and personal development, facilitate meaningful relationships, and inspire people to go further in their education and careers. We do this by giving smart, creative, passionate people opportunities to create awesome.

Role Overview

In this newly created SVP role, you will lead enterprise data governance, corporate systems, and IT operations. You will build the infrastructure to scale the business, enable AI readiness, and strengthen cross-functional execution. You will be accountable for the ongoing delivery of critical business intelligence to drive enterprise decision making.

What You'll Do

  • Enterprise Data Strategy & Governance: Co-chair with Engineering to establish and lead a unified, company-wide data governance framework, ensuring consistency, security, and compliance across both product and business data.
  • Enterprise Business Intelligence & Insights: Build and own an enterprise-wide BI strategy that delivers trusted, real-time dashboards and actionable insights to the Executive Committee, Senior Leadership Team, GTM, Customer Success, and Product. Establish a “single source of truth” for operational metrics and proactively surface risks and opportunities to drive accountability and business performance.
  • Core Business Platforms Oversight: Oversee CRM, billing, RevOps systems, and internal tools, ensuring scalability, integration, and operational excellence.
  • Corporate IT & Infrastructure Leadership: Manage help desk, devices, and enterprise systems to deliver secure, reliable, and efficient internal operations.
  • Cross-Functional Data Council: Launch and lead a governance body to set integration standards, enforce data accountability, and align data practices across departments.
  • Strategic Partnerships with Senior Leaders: Serve as a senior cross-functional partner to the CTO, CISO, and other executives to align technology, security, and enterprise operations.
  • Team Leadership & Growth: Inherit and expand a high-performing team spanning IT, Enterprise Systems, portions of RevOps, and potentially Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC).

The Role Is

  • Focused on internal enterprise data, BI delivery, and cross-functional insights that drive business performance.
  • Strategic, cross-functional, and foundational to how we scale.
  • A senior partner to the EC in shaping enterprise technology and data strategy to deliver business insights.
  • Central to AI readiness, systems integrity, and data-driven decision-making.

The Role Is Not

  • A role that builds customer-facing data products (primary stakeholder is internal).
  • A pure InfoSec/security leadership role.

What You Will Need to Know/Have

  • Senior leadership experience (SVP, VP, or equivalent) in enterprise analytics and business intelligence, data governance, corporate systems, and IT.
  • Proven track record in a SaaS or high-growth technology environment.
  • Overseeing core business platforms (CRM, billing, RevOps) and cross-system integration with data managed within the R&D systems.
  • Managing corporate IT operations, security, and infrastructure.
  • Scaling systems, processes, and teams in complex, matrixed organizations.
  • Demonstrated experience in architecting and scaling an enterprise BI ecosystem (including data warehouse, visualization tools, and governance processes) for a high-growth organization.
  • Proven success delivering business-critical dashboards and insights that directly influenced GTM, customer success, and product strategy.
  • Expertise in integrating data from CRM, billing, product usage, and customer support systems into unified reporting platforms.
  • Strong track record of enabling self-service analytics across functions while maintaining data integrity and governance.
