The SVP, Commercial Operations will define and execute the transformation roadmap for commercial operations, ensuring alignment with sales, legal, and finance to support the commercial strategy while maintaining strong governance and compliance. This role involves leading cross-functional initiatives to streamline lead-to-order and order-to-cash processes, integrating platforms, data, and workflows. Responsibilities include overseeing global contract governance, optimizing contractual practices in collaboration with various teams, and directing global order management operations to ensure accurate client setup, billing, and renewal processing. The SVP will also drive continuous improvement through data-driven insights, automation, and simplification, and build and lead high-performing teams across contract and order management.
