Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in a rigorous discipline, with an MBA preferred, and at least 15 years of relevant experience in sales operations, commercial excellence, transformation, consumer products, retail, or information services. Proven ability to design and implement initiatives for commercial and sales excellence, proficiency in data analysis and relevant software, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, outstanding communication and presentation abilities, and the capacity to drive strategic change are essential.

Responsibilities

The SVP, Commercial Operations will define and execute the commercial operations transformation roadmap, aligning with sales, legal, and finance to support the commercial strategy and ensure governance and compliance. This includes leading cross-functional initiatives to streamline lead-to-order and order-to-cash processes, integrating platforms, data, and workflows. The role involves overseeing global contract governance, optimizing contractual practices with various teams, and directing global order management operations for accurate client setup, billing, and renewals. Additionally, the SVP will drive continuous improvement through data-driven insights, automation, and simplification, and build high-performing teams across contract and order management.
