Requirements

The ideal candidate will have experience supporting customers across a full stack of networking technologies, including wireless, wired, and security devices. Experience with network operating systems, wireless, security, firewall, and VPN technologies is essential. The ability to acquire and analyze packet captures to diagnose issues is also a key requirement. Familiarity with QA engineering processes and contributing to knowledge bases is preferred.

Responsibilities
