Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, with at least 2 years of experience in MS Access and MS Excel. A minimum of 2 years of combined experience in analytics, database management, or tracking and reporting is also required. Preferred qualifications include additional technical experience with SAS, SQL server, or geo analysis software, 3 years of experience with geocoding or geo analysis software relevant to the healthcare industry, and working experience in the Pharmacy Benefits Management (PBM) or related healthcare industry.

Responsibilities

The Senior Database Analyst will increase efficiency and accuracy in daily reporting for retail network accessibility, performance guarantees, RFPs, and sales/client reporting across all CVS Health adjudication platforms and lines of business. Responsibilities include building queries, performing data extracts, analyzing data, and creating reports for Geo Access analysis and network disruption requests. The role involves supporting network strategies and initiatives through analytics, maintaining and developing databases for analytical support, and providing analytics-based solutions to issues for internal network partners and client contracts.
