Strong experience is required in troubleshooting hardware and software issues in a mixed-platform environment, along with proficiency in administering core SaaS services like Google Workspace, Microsoft Office365, Slack, and Zoom. Familiarity with MDM, automation using APIs, enterprise GenAI, virtualised infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP), and managing hardware procurement supply chains is also expected. The IT Engineer 2 will administer hardware and software tools to empower employees and take ownership of IT domains such as Requests, MDM, Patching, and Employee Lifecycle. They will provide technical support for hardware and software issues, educate employees on security best practices, and contribute to team meetings. The role also involves partnering with the Security team to support SOC 2 audits and HITRUST certifications, and exploring the application of emerging AI technologies to solve IT business problems.
