IT Engineer 2

What you’ll do:

  • Work as part of the internal IT team to empower Alma employees through administering best-in-class hardware and software tools
  • Take ownership of and drive future iterations of at least one current IT domain: Requests, Mobile Device Management (MDM), Patching, Employee Lifecycle, etc
  • Provide technical support to the Alma organization for hardware and software-related issues.
  • Help educate Alma employees about hardware and software security and best practices.
  • Contribute to and participate in regular team and departmental meetings
  • Partner closely with our Security team to support SOC 2 audits and HITRUST certifications

Who you are:

  • You have 3+ years of experience in Technical Support, IT Infrastructure, and/or SaaS Operations.
  • You have strong experience in troubleshooting hardware and software issues in a mixed-platform environment.
  • You are proficient in administering company-wide core SaaS services like Google Workspace, Microsoft Office365, Slack, Zoom, or other business-critical tools.
  • You have familiarity with MDM, automation using APIs, enterprise GenAI, and virtualized infrastructure like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • You participated in managing a procurement supply chain of hardware and technology accessories.
  • You are curious about applying emerging AI technologies to solve IT business problems.
  • You feel a passion for Alma's mission – to improve the experience of therapy for providers and their clients and simplify access to care.
