Requirements

Candidates should possess a friendly and collaborative attitude, strong team player skills, excellent telephone manner, strong problem-solving skills with a logical approach and use of methodologies such as ITIL, the ability to quickly pick up new technologies, good experience with Microsoft IT technologies, good personal organization and time management abilities gained in a similar environment, and experience working with distributed and web-based applications. Experience working with Social Housing applications is preferable, and knowledge of ITIL is essential.

Responsibilities

The Application Support Analyst will effectively log, triage, and resolve support tickets, provide excellent customer communication skills, gain knowledge of the company's product set, assist in building and maintaining a knowledge base, review all support tickets daily, update users/clients with ticket status, apply the appropriate resolution for issues, and escalate tickets to higher support teams. The role also involves a fast learning ability and adaptability, prioritizing workloads and adjusting to changing priorities.
