Requires expert level project and schedule management skills including knowledge of Primavera 5 or better, knowledge of construction principles, operations, maintenance, safety standards, business processes, and working knowledge of labor contracts. Also needs ability to use PC applications like Microsoft Word and Excel, a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related field, and minimum 5 years of experience in planning or scheduling.
Must be available to work emergency restoration assignments as required and to travel between MA/CT/NH as necessary. Work is performed primarily in an office environment.
A strong candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Business Administration, at least 5 years of experience in planning and scheduling, and expert skills in project management with Primavera, plus knowledge of construction practices, labor contracts, and Microsoft Office tools.
