Required qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Finance, or related field, Associate of the Society of Actuaries (ASA) designation, and minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the life insurance industry preferred. Key skills include strong understanding of life and annuity actuarial concepts, familiarity with Bermuda capital framework preferred, advanced Excel and data management capabilities, exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to translate complex calculations into clear insights, and proven collaboration skills.
This role joins the Finance team and collaborates cross-functionally with teams including asset-liability management, treasury, accounting, product development, enterprise risk management (ERM), and financial actuarial. It serves as a key contributor to the Capital Management Committee.
