Candidates must possess over 5 years of Anaplan experience, including model building, architecture, ALM, and security configuration. Proven experience supporting both Finance and HR domains in a planning or analytics capacity is required, along with a strong understanding of financial planning, workforce management, and organizational design. Experience with enterprise systems like Workday, SAP, Oracle, and Snowflake, hands-on experience with integration tools such as Oracle OIC, Informatica, MuleSoft, Anaplan Connect, or APIs, and proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools like Power BI or Tableau are essential. Familiarity with predictive modeling tools and techniques, such as Python, R, or Azure ML, is also necessary. Preferred qualifications include Anaplan Solution Architect or Master Anaplanner certification and experience with other EPM platforms or enterprise architecture and data strategy.
The Lead Anaplan Architect will own and evolve the enterprise-wide Anaplan platform for Workforce Planning and Workforce Management. This includes translating complex business requirements from Finance and HR into scalable Anaplan models, leading the design and implementation of Anaplan modules for financial planning and HR processes, and architecting integrations with enterprise systems. The role involves defining and enforcing Anaplan security models, leading offshore and cross-functional teams, developing reporting and dashboard solutions, and serving as a strategic advisor to Finance and HR leadership. Additionally, the architect will act as a cross-functional bridge between IT, Finance, and HR, contribute to the enterprise technology roadmap, promote continuous improvement, ensure compliance with data privacy and governance standards, and lead change management efforts.
