Requirements

Candidates should possess a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer support or operations, demonstrating a proven track record of managing teams and driving excellent results, along with a passion for developing team members and assisting users. They must also be able to think creatively, remain calm under pressure, and utilize a data-driven approach to decision-making and process improvement, while exhibiting a desire to work in a fast-paced startup environment and a willingness to take on various tasks.

Responsibilities

The Member Support Supervisor will lead and develop a team of 8-12 Concierge Associates, conducting regular team meetings and 1:1s, managing individual performance through coaching and development plans, reviewing ticket quality, and ensuring adherence to Garner’s processes and standards for service timeliness and quality. They will act as a subject matter expert, handling complex member inquiries and serving as the primary point of resolution, overseeing team scheduling and training, identifying and implementing initiatives to enhance the member experience, and relaying member feedback to improve Garner’s product.
