The role also involves identifying cross-selling opportunities, providing consultative recommendations on marketing spend and ROI, troubleshooting inquiries, proactively following up with pros, maintaining high-performance metrics, identifying areas for revenue improvement, and making independent decisions. Additionally, specialists will engage in team development sessions and training.
