Candidates must have 1-2 years of B2B sales or success experience, with at least 6 months of outbound calling or collections experience, preferably in the BPO or Shared Services industry. Experience in customer retention, churn, onboarding, and reactivation is also required.
The Success Specialist will partner with Thumbtack professionals to understand their needs and provide solutions, acting as a strategic partner and guide to help them build thriving businesses. Responsibilities include maintaining expert knowledge of Thumbtack's products and services, conducting at least 50 outbound calls daily to help pros get hired, building rapport, anticipating needs, and guiding them through profile optimization and product recommendations. The role also involves identifying cross-selling opportunities, providing consultative recommendations on marketing spend and ROI, troubleshooting inquiries, proactively following up with pros, maintaining high-performance metrics, identifying areas for revenue improvement, and making independent decisions. Additionally, specialists will engage in team development sessions and training.
