Requirements

  • 5 or more years in a Technical Product Manager role
  • Experience working in the Enterprise Software Space
  • Background building and owning cloud services with a focus on billing, metering, insights, cost management for enterprise SaaS
  • Deep experience in customer journey mapping and working with User Experience teams building flows across growing product portfolios
  • Must be a strong communicator: writer and reader (as a remote first company this is the primary way of collaborating)
  • Love being a technical Product Manager - spend time building labs, learning new technologies and are never satisfied with what you know today
  • Able to demo product at a high level as well as go into the details - not just why but how it was done
  • Observability experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Guide the product roadmap by living in the product - hands on keyboard PM team
  • Work across the Product team to build consensus on experiences and services that will be shared by our entire product portfolio
  • Work closely with UX, guidance and engineering teams to develop the best experience for a variety of personas and experience levels across our product portfolio
  • Work with volumes of data about our products and users to build plans based on hard data with an eye on how to improve over time
  • Align with field teams and customers on key services and experiences to grow the value of our products
  • Always be working with customers
  • Help guide and learn from our team of experts in engineering and our sales teams
