Requirements

5 or more years in a Technical Product Manager role
Experience working in the Enterprise Software Space
Background building and owning cloud services with a focus on billing, metering, insights, cost management for enterprise SaaS
Deep experience in customer journey mapping and working with User Experience teams building flows across growing product portfolios
Must be a strong communicator: writer and reader (as a remote first company this is the primary way of collaborating)
Love being a technical Product Manager - spend time building labs, learning new technologies and are never satisfied with what you know today
Able to demo product at a high level as well as go into the details - not just why but how it was done
Observability experience is a plus

Responsibilities

Guide the product roadmap by living in the product - hands on keyboard PM team
Work across the Product team to build consensus on experiences and services that will be shared by our entire product portfolio
Work closely with UX, guidance and engineering teams to develop the best experience for a variety of personas and experience levels across our product portfolio
Work with volumes of data about our products and users to build plans based on hard data with an eye on how to improve over time
Align with field teams and customers on key services and experiences to grow the value of our products
Always be working with customers
Help guide and learn from our team of experts in engineering and our sales teams
