The Strategy and Operations Manager will own the growth and expansion of key markets, including launching customers and onboarding drivers. This role involves prospecting, outreach, and securing initial customer deliveries, as well as testing and validating go-to-market approaches. Responsibilities include becoming a logistics expert for customers, researching the competitive landscape, developing customer relationships, and managing market insights and KPIs through dashboards and reporting. Collaboration with the Operations team is crucial for scaling market activities, including supply acquisition, driver onboarding, training, and incentive programs.
