Strategy Analyst – Culture Transformation

Position Overview

The Strategy Analyst – Culture Transformation will play a key role in supporting the company’s cultural evolution by helping develop, implement, and measure culture-related initiatives that reach our global workforce. This individual will work closely with HR, Corporate Strategy, Communications, and Business Units to shape complex, enterprise-wide culture strategies that align with business priorities.

This role is for someone with strong analytical skills, a passion for organizational culture, and the ability to collaborate across teams. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who can translate data into meaningful recommendations and help drive culture transformation efforts in a large, complex organization.


Responsibilities

Culture Strategy & Analysis

  • Support the development and execution of the company’s culture transformation strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Conduct research on best practices in culture, engagement, leadership behaviors, and change management to inform enterprise efforts.
  • Monitor and evaluate key culture and engagement metrics (e.g., employee surveys, retention trends, internal sentiment analysis) and provide actionable insights.

Culture Program Development

  • Shape culture activation ideas into pilots, using a test & learn approach to validate what works and inform decisions to scale.
  • Support existing cross-functional culture initiatives, partnering closely with HR, Corporate Strategy, and Communications teams.
  • Assist in the development of plans, presentations, and toolkits that support leaders in driving culture change.
  • Track project milestones and progress, ensuring timely execution of key culture-related initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in strategy, organizational development, HR analytics, employee engagement, human-centered design, or a related field.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to interpret data and present findings in a clear, actionable way.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex information into executive-ready insights and recommendations.
  • Technical Skills: Experience in survey design, data visualization, and business reporting tools is a plus.
  • Project Management: Ability to set priorities, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
  • Collaboration: Effectiveness in building trust, respect, and cooperation among cross-functional teams.
  • Passion: Passion for culture, leadership, and employee experience within large organizations.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with employee engagement platforms, HR analytics tools, or survey software.
  • Experience in change management or organizational behavior research.

Location

This role is based remotely. However, if you live within a 50-mile radius of Atlanta, Austin, Detroit, Warren, Milford, or Mountain View, you are expected to report to that location three times a week, at minimum.


Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary Range: $85,100 - $135,900. The actual base salary offered will vary based on factors relevant to the position and the candidate's geography.
  • Bonus Potential: An incentive pay program offers payouts based on company performance, job level, and individual performance.
