Position Overview

Become a part of our caring community and help us put health first. The Organization Effectiveness Lead optimizes the effectiveness of a company, business unit, or team. This role involves analyzing the internal structure of the organization and creating strategies to maximize employee work output and effectively utilize employee skills. The Organization Effectiveness Lead works on problems of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial.

Responsibilities

  • Review the organizational structure and determine changes to organizational programs and responsibilities.
  • Develop change management strategies.
  • Design and implement development programs.
  • Drive talent mobility initiatives.
  • Advise executives to develop functional strategies (often segment specific) on matters of significance.
  • Exercise independent judgment and decision-making on complex issues regarding job duties and related tasks.
  • Work under minimal supervision, using independent judgment requiring analysis of variable factors and determining the best course of action.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree
  • 6 or more years of technical experience
  • 2 or more years of project leadership experience
  • Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

Pay Range

  • Salary: $104,000 - $143,000 per year
    • The compensation range reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full-time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job-related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
  • This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan based on company and/or individual performance.
