Requirements

Candidates should have at least two years of experience in HR or internal PR, demonstrating skills in organizing events from initial concept to implementation, and proficiency in writing texts, creating presentations, and effectively communicating with an audience. They should also possess knowledge of mailing layout tools, experience with photo and video content creation, an understanding of non-material motivation and employee engagement, skills in conducting organizational research through surveys and interviews, and familiarity with Google Workspace, Slack, and Confluence.

Responsibilities

The Culture and Internal Communications Specialist will develop and coordinate online and offline events for employees, create and implement an internal communications strategy including interviews with leaders and news digests, implement non-material motivation programs and employee recognition initiatives, create and design text, visual, and video content for corporate channels, optimize welcome processes and improve adaptation for new employees, update and maintain corporate policies in Confluence and Humaans, conduct organizational research at the local and global level, and work with budgets, suppliers, and creative contractors to organize events.
