Requirements

1+ years of experience in a previous consulting, banking, or other intellectually rigorous role
Excellent communication skills, with a willingness to spend a significant amount of time on the phone
Consultative approach, with a willingness to take feedback and iterate accordingly
High level of organization and attention to detail
Willingness to take on complex and ambiguous challenges with a “can-do” attitude
Flexibility to occasionally work extended hours to meet deadlines

Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and scale complex business development initiatives
Own customer/partner relationships in key work streams, including new partnership development and expansion of existing partnerships
Operate the function directly, rather than simply dictating how it should be operated
