Responsibilities

The Strategic Partnerships Director will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and developing a comprehensive ecosystem of lead generation, pipeline progression, and services delivery partners for Visier's NA Applications business, aligning with the global partner strategy. They will also develop and execute joint go-to-market programs, manage the full lifecycle of new partners, collaborate with counterparts in EMEA and APAC, conduct regular cadences with partners, track partnerships against revenue and service targets, drive urgency around partnerships, and work closely with sales teams to navigate the partner ecosystem during sales cycles, while building out global relationship maps and ensuring alignment with key internal stakeholders.
