Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in Business Development or partnership functions within the diagnostics industry. Preferred qualifications include an advanced degree such as a Ph.D. or MS/MBA, and deep understanding of the diagnostic ecosystem along with a strong network within it.

Responsibilities

The Sr. Director, Global Diagnostics Partnerships will deliver strategic guidance to cross-functional partners and business units, identify and create new partnership opportunities to advance Lilly’s patient identification goals, cultivate relationships with key diagnostic providers, develop novel partnership models, define internal processes for alignment, oversee global partnerships, support sourcing and acquisition activities, maintain knowledge of the diagnostic landscape, and function as the ‘face of Lilly’ to global diagnostic partners. They will also support innovation and launch readiness, and ensure compliance and effectiveness of partnerships.
