Responsibilities

  • Own and manage strategic partner relationships with technology providers (e.g., Microsoft, AWS, Guidewire, etc.) and services firms that are core to DXC’s Insurance value proposition
  • Develop and execute joint business plans with partners, including shared objectives, sales and marketing strategies, and measurable KPIs
  • Serve as a key liaison between internal stakeholders (Sales, Product, Delivery, Marketing) and partner organizations to ensure alignment and collaboration
  • Facilitate and track joint pipeline development, co-selling initiatives, and solution co-innovation efforts
  • Lead quarterly and annual business reviews with partners and internal leadership
  • Identify and escalate partnership challenges while proactively finding solutions and areas for improvement
  • Monitor market trends and competitive activity to identify new opportunities for partnership expansion
  • Ensure compliance with legal, operational, and commercial frameworks that govern each partnership
  • Contribute to revenue growth through effective sales and business development efforts, ensuring targets are met
